Kate Estadilla, LMHC

A Note from Kate:

Welcome to Twin Lakes Counseling!
I'm so glad you are here.

I understand the difficulties of meeting someone new and discussing items that may leave one feeling vulnerable.  As a therapist and as a person, I highly value our relationship and find this to be essential in the therapy process.

Trauma comes in many shapes and forms, and it often leaves us to question: what is considered trauma, and what does that look like for me?  I work to help individuals unpack what they have kept deep inside and see how it has impacted their present.  I also work with you to break down whatever barriers your past has created for a more hopeful future.

My hope is to help you get where you need to be and provide you with the tools necessary to create a fruitful life!
