Patrick Calvo, LMFTA
MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST
Pronouns: He/Him
Patrick comes to us having enjoyed the opportunities life has given him to come alongside
individuals from many walks of life, sojourning with them in this wonderful and wild world. It
became clear to him during his career that collaborating with others, discovering authenticity,
resiliency, and meaning within each of our stories was what he loved to do most. To pursue this
path Patrick completed a Masters in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University.
Patrick works with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of stressors and
painful dynamics. He has a heart for those struggling with direction, relationships, depression,
anxiety, addiction, grief, and existential or spiritual questioning. Patrick has experience with
adults and children. Currently he enjoys integrating Bowen, Narrative, Gestalt, Existential, and
Play Therapy to guide his clients in self-discovery, understanding their environment, resolving
trauma, and growing in relationships.
Patrick brings empathy, attentiveness, and curiosity into the therapy room. He values the
dignity of personhood and believes we were made for life together. He considers it a privilege to
be able to come alongside clients and help them discover who they uniquely are and how to
courageously and authentically exist out of who they are.
Patrick is licensed as a marriage and family therapist associate in the state of Washington
(MG61354333). He is supervised by Danielle Scarsella-Gonia, LMFT (LF60835868; NPI #
1740653120).
