Just complete this form and our Client Care Team will reach out within 48 hours (M-F) to confirm you're on our list! Our clinicians are in high demand so we may not be able to schedule your first visit right away. However, your care is very important to us and our scheduling team works every day to find you those available slots!
Our mission is to serve as many people in our community as possible which means we work to be in-network with as many insurance companies as possible (listed below). We will need to see your insurance card to confirm that we are in-network with your specific plan.
It is very important to let us know all possible insurances you may be covered by to avoid additional charges! It is not uncommon to have two active insurance plans and not realize it (previous insurance plans may still be active, you may be covered by a parent's or spouse's insurance in addition to your own, etc). We do not send in claims for commercial secondary insurance so you will want to ask your commercial secondary insurance plan if you can seek reimbursement for yourself.

In addition to being in-network with these insurances, Twin Lakes Counseling also provides superbills monthly through our Client Portal for you to submit for out-of-network benefits. Ask our helpful office staff to provide you with information about and questions to ask your insurance company to determine whether this is an option for you!
Individual, couple, and family sessions are billed at the following rates and apply to a standard 53-minute session whether in-person, online, or over the phone:
Longer sessions are available and are billed at the same rate (1 hr 20 min = 1.5 times the rate, etc). However, keep in mind that insurance rarely covers longer sessions, so you will be responsible for the additional cost if you are using insurance.
