Hailee will soon graduate as a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Counseling from Seattle University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Music from the University of Utah. Her journey into this helping profession blossomed from her time as a religious missionary in Denmark, where she discovered a deep passion for counseling and guiding others through their healing processes.
Hailee has a diverse background, having worked as a river guide in Moab, Utah, where she spent significant time guiding individuals and families through challenging moments with warm encouragement while serving as a source of calm. Additionally, she has gained experience implementing ABA therapy with children on the Autism spectrum and working as a mentor for teenage girls in a residential facility. At the facility, she utilized dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to support teens dealing with addiction, strained family relationships, eating disorders, and behavioral challenges. With these well rounded and unique experiences, Hailee has fostered an understanding and passion for supporting others.
Hailee is particularly drawn to working with individuals, couples, and families facing mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions such as new jobs, shifting relationships, and other significant changes. She is committed to helping clients navigate parent-child dynamics and high conflict relationships by providing a consistent and non-judgemental atmosphere. As a systems-focused therapist, Hailee takes a holistic approach to her work, empowering clients to come to their own conclusions on decisions that best suit their lives. With techniques grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based therapies, Hailee hopes to mirror the strengths of her clients, helping them to create clear paths forward and experience a new found sense of relief.
Hailee has completed Gottman Level 1 training and has solid experience helping couples through this framework. She is dedicated to being a supportive and encouraging presence, reflecting the strengths of her clients and helping them navigate their paths to healing and growth. She believes in collaboration, guiding her clients, and helping them feel confident, knowledgeable, and empowered.
