CLINICAL INTERN
When I first started my own therapeutic journey over a decade ago, I had no idea it would eventually lead me here: to my greater calling and purpose in serving and caring for others. Throughout my life, I have had the great privilege of receiving life-changing, transformative care from some of the most compassionate, attuned and patient clinicians who held me through loss, grief, depression, and major life and relational transitions. Navigating these experiences have ultimately inspired me to help others feel their feelings, fan their hope, and find their way.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, leaning on integrative approaches from family systems theory, including Narrative, Structural, and Imago therapy modalities. I am especially passionate about working with diverse and minority populations, especially those in multicultural relationships.
As someone who grew up straddling multiple cultures between my family of origin and the communities around me, I understand the complexities that can arise when different identities, values, and life experiences intersect. I hope to provide a therapeutic space where your intersectionalities do not have to compete to be seen or to feel valid.
Clients who work with me are often navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, questions of identity and belonging, grief and loss, or a desire for deeper connection with themselves and their loved ones.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from The Ohio State University and am working towards a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy at Antioch University Seattle, with expected graduation in July 2027.
Before entering the therapy profession, I spent over 15 years in the advertising and marketing industry, where I served in leadership and team development roles. This experience gave me firsthand insight into the complexities of human relationships, the importance of trust, collaboration, and sometimes, even a little humor to maintain that relationship.
I believe that healing happens when people are given the space to be fully seen, heard, and understood. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate their challenges and deepen relationships with loved ones.
