Trisha is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker whose career has been dedicated to serving individuals in crisis, with the majority of her professional experience rooted in fast‑paced emergency department social work. She holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she built the foundation for her lifelong commitment to compassionate, evidence‑based care.
She practices from a trauma‑informed lens and is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), integrating these approaches to support clients with clarity, steadiness, and respect for their lived experiences. Guided by the values of integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to those she serves, Trisha is known for her calm presence, strong clinical judgment, and ability to connect with individuals during their most vulnerable moments.
Her primary professional passion is suicide prevention. She serves as captain for Twin Lakes Counseling’s annual Out of the Darkness Walk team through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, leading community engagement and advocacy efforts to reduce stigma and increase awareness.
Outside of her clinical work, Trisha finds joy in cuddling with her two pugs, exploring the outdoors, and participating in 10k races.
