CLINICAL INTERN
Pronouns: She/Her
I entered the field of therapy with a passion for understanding people, relationships, and the stories that shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. My background in psychology, applied leadership, caregiving, and behavioral support has deepened my appreciation for the power of connection, resilience, and authentic relationships.
I’m drawn to narrative, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches, and integrate a variety of modalities to meet clients' needs. Viewing therapy as a collaborative process that honors each client’s resilience, intersectional identities, and unique experiences, I seek to highlight the strengths clients already possess. Clients can expect me to provide a warm, affirming, and supportive environment where they are encouraged to explore their experiences with curiosity and self-compassion.
I work with individuals, relational structures/couples, and families from all backgrounds, and as a whole enjoy helping clients navigate life's many challenges. I am especially interested in supporting clients through identity exploration, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, relational systems, and strive to create an affirming space where clients feel safe showing up as their authentic selves.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University with an expected graduation in June, 2027.
My professional experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families, along with my involvement in psychological research, further strengthened my curiosity about people, their and the many social and environmental factors that shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. I began providing counseling services as a Clinical Intern in 2026.
My goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and the values that guide their lives. Whether processing loss, navigating change, exploring identity, or strengthening relationships, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward the life they desire. .
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy exploring Seattle coffee shops, attending live music, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends and community.
