Jessica Stearns, LMFTA

A Note from Jessica:

Welcome to Twin Lakes Counseling!
I'm so glad you are here.

My approach to counseling is curious, gentle, and collaborative.  When we accept ourselves, we can more fully connect with others and enjoy being present in our daily lives.

Would you like to treat yourself with loving kindness? To respond thoughtfully to others instead of reacting based on past experiences? I find deep meaning in helping clients access their own inner wisdom and increase self-compassion.  If you would like to learn to nurture and care for yourself, to find acceptance and peace, I can help! Together we will explore your experiences both past and present to find clarity, healing, and resolution.
