Do you prefer to work in a team environment instead of on your own?
Consider joining Twin Lakes Counseling, one of the fastest-growing group practices in the South Puget Sound area! Located conveniently in Federal Way, Washington, we offer competitive pay, benefits, and clinical supervision of associates and interns.
To be considered for our clinician positions, please complete an employment application for one of our open positions. Applicants must upload a cover letter, resume/CV, and three references as well as fully answer all parts of the application questionnaire to be considered. Applicants who complete the requirements and meet our needs will be contacted for a phone screening before an in-person interview.

Work hours and schedule may vary depending on client and Twin Lakes Counseling needs. Hours include some nights and/or weekends. Therapist is not guaranteed a minimum number of clients or sessions per week. However it is expected that the Therapist will be available to hold at least 15, 20, or 25 client sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Twin Lakes Counseling. Client sessions are held in the offices of Twin Lakes Counseling or online via our secure telehealth platform.
