Rauneisha Larkins is dedicated to providing trauma-informed care through a social justice lens.Her passion for advocacy began during her time as an active-duty service member, where she served as a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advocate. This experience led her to pursue a career in social work.
Rauneisha earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) with a trauma concentration from Widener University. In addition, she holds a dual master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Washington University, where she focused on the social and emotional dimensions of leadership, organizational culture, communication and conflict resolution, and leadership for social justice. This unique combination of training informs her comprehensive and empowering approach to therapy.
Rauneisha integrates somatic and holistic practices into her work, supporting the mind-body connection as a vital component of healing. Her approach emphasizes not only emotional and cognitive well-being, but also the physiological responses to trauma—honoring the whole person in the therapeutic process.
She specializes in supporting individuals navigating PTSD, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and women’s issues. Rauneisha is particularly passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for women and people of color, helping to normalize mental health care and support those who have been historically marginalized.
Through a collaborative and relational approach, Rauneisha empowers clients to move toward self-actualization by fostering shared power and mutual respect. She blends a grounded, compassionate presence with thoughtful challenge, guiding individuals on their healing journeys with authenticity and care.
