Deepak witnessed the transformative power of mental well-being in overcoming life's challenges. Professionally, he has navigated diverse senior technology roles, leading teams across various locations, and always prioritizing individual growth and development.

Deepak specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating life-transitions, relationship distress, and mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety. Drawing from his educational background and experiences, Deepak integrates solution-focused positive therapy with a strengths-based approach. He is particularly excited about supporting parents and adolescents struggling with mental health issues, leveraging modalities and theories including person-centered, CBT, and DBT.

Deepak's clients can expect a warm and empathetic atmosphere where their strengths and aspirations are acknowledged and deeply valued.  Deepak is committed to a holistic approach, considering spiritual, psychological, and physical wellness. He brings a wealth of experience fostering growth and healing for various individuals. Through active listening and collaboration, he aims to create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make impactful changes.

Outside of his professional life, Deepak enjoys spending time with his children, cherishing moments of laughter and connection. He also enjoys being active and playing with his dog, Rocky, finding solace and rejuvenation in nature and physical activity.
