Kristen is a compassionate Clinical Intern dedicated to fostering mental health and resilience. It is her privilege to be a part of other’s stories and walk alongside them as they navigate challenges and triumphs.
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Organizational Innovation and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University. Kristen has nearly 20 years of experience advising clients in the post-secondary education and real estate finance sectors, where she worked with clients to identify and achieve their goals. She has always been passionate about helping others by creating a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. After serving alongside her husband in ministry, she followed her passion for people further into mental health counseling.
Kristen works with adults and children dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, with a particular interest in women’s issues and faith-related concerns. She is dedicated to collaborating with and supporting her clients as they explore, heal, and grow. She draws from various theories while remaining rooted in a client-centered approach.
Kristen is empathetic, understanding, and genuinely desires to assist clients as they work toward change. She finds immense joy in witnessing the transformative power of therapy and supporting individuals as they navigate their mental health journey.
