Pronouns: She/Her
Isabel entered the field of therapy with a background in theater and performance – both of which have instilled in her a deep belief in the power of connection, resilience, and storytelling. Drawn to the ways relationships shape our lives, Isabel is passionate about helping people build fulfilling, authentic connections with both themselves and others. Isabel is currently pursuing her master’s in Couples and Family Therapy, with the goal of becoming a sex therapist. She brings her values of inclusivity, curiosity, and compassion into her work and is especially committed to reproductive justice and accessibility.
Isabel works with individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds and is particularly passionate about sex-positive, affirming care. She enjoys helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and experiences of stigma, while also working to deconstruct unhelpful narratives around sexuality and intimacy. Isabel is drawn to narrative therapy and solution-focused approaches, and she integrates a variety of modalities to best meet her clients’ unique needs. She sees therapy as a collaborative process that honors each client’s inherent resilience and reflects their strengths back to them.
Clients can expect Isabel to provide a warm, affirming, and empowering space where they are encouraged to show up fully and authentically. Her goal is to help clients leave each session feeling more connected to their own strengths and more equipped to create the life they want. Whether exploring the past, focusing on present solutions, or envisioning future possibilities, Isabel works alongside clients to help them move toward the relationships and lives they desire.
