Lindsey is especially passionate about helping individuals, couples, and intimate partnership groups navigate disruptions and changes that impact their experiences with vulnerability and relationships—whether it's conflict, exploring identity, facing life transitions, or adapting to changes in physical abilities. Sexuality and intimacy are her passion and she looks forward to supporting clients in cultivating healthy and fulfilling relationships with those facets of their lives. Lindsey is deeply knowledgeable about kink and polyamory, and welcomes clients of all relationship dynamics and sexual orientations with open arms.
In their work together, Lindsey will offer clients a balance of warmth and challenge, encouraging them to move beyond old patterns and adopt an active role in their personal development. Her trauma-informed and strengths-based integrated approach draws from therapeutic modalities such as Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Person-Centered therapy to support her clients' growth. She is available to see clients via telehealth and in-person on select scheduled days.
